Rachel is a dynamic teacher, motivator, and fitness trainer. With over 15 years experience, she adds an element of fun and enthusiasm to even the most challenging workouts! Rachel holds a B.A. in Secondary Education & Spanish Language from Towson University. After many wonderful years of working with students, Rachel was ready for a new venture into the field of health and exercise. An athlete and cross country runner in high school, Rachel's love of sports solidified her desire to personal train.
After struggling with her own weight, she learned how to eat to properly fuel her body and exercise effectively, and shed the weight and gained a new appreciation for fitness!
